Arizona Farm Field Trips for Schools

Tour a real working farm!

The farm host field trips designed for ages pre k—8th grade. The guided tour offers student a hands-on opportunity to become acquainted with an agricultural environment. The purpose of our farm tour is to provide awareness of the role of agriculture and food production in our daily lives. For many students this will be the first time the connect a farm to the everyday food they eat.

All tours are by appointment only and must have a group of 25 or more or pay for a group of 25 to schedule a tour. For schools or groups not paying with a purchase order there will be a half down

non-refundable deposit that is required 3 weeks in advance. Approximate time of field trip at the farm is 2-3 hours.

(Please remember this is a working farm and the ground is a little rough, be cautious as you walk through, wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Remember to bring water and sunscreen. Rainy days will be cancelled and re-scheduled.)

For safety reasons field trips must enter as a group and leave as a group. Sorry no stragglers. If you miss your group entry, sorry you will miss the field trip. (If you are late and teacher approves your entry, late entry fee is $20 each for all ages.)

Please have count (students, adults and all ages in the group) and payment ready before arriving. Yes, parents must pay. We will not collect money from guest, it must be paid by one person/teacher that is in charge of the group. Allow a couple extra minutes to fill out an information sheet once you arrive. We do accept purchase orders, school checks, cash, credit card (sorry no personal checks). Thank you.
